Responsibilities:

As a member of our practice, you will work as part of a team to abstract real world supply chain problems into mathematical representations by designing and building models in optimisation and simulation tools for the purpose of network design, transportation planning, and inventory planning.

Ideal candidates will possess the following background/experience:
- A masters or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Applied Mathematics or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years industry or consulting experience (prefer 5+), with focus on supply chain analytical and modelling work.
- Practical application of optimisation or simulation technologies such as linear programming, mixed integer programming, and discrete event simulation. Use of commercial planning and optimisation software from i2, CAPS, Manugistics, Synquest, INSIGHT, LogicTools, etc. is desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting
and finance principles.
- Experience in process, food/consumer package goods, wholesale distribution, and the retail industry is a plus.
