Chainalytics Named To 2006 Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 List

Model-Based Benchmarking Consortium Recognized in Annual Listing of Innovative Supply and Demand Chain Vendors

Atlanta, GA - July 25, 2006 - Chainalytics LLC, the leading provider of advanced analytical supply chain services, has been named to the 2006 Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 list generated by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine, the executive's user manual for successful supply and demand chain transformation.

Supply & Demand Chain Executive has identified the leading providers of supply chain services and technologies who are at the forefront of innovation. Based on submissions to the "100" from end users and solution providers, the judging committee for the "100," including the editorial staff of the magazine, in conjunction with the editorial advisory board, has compiled a list of the leading supply and demand chain innovators.

Chainalytics was recognized for the innovation of its Model-Based Benchmarking Consortium for transportation. The consortium of shippers -- representing almost $7 billion in transportation spend -- confidentially share transactional transportation data to better understand the transportation services market and make informed transportation management decisions. Chainalytics' has applied this econometric modeling approach for benchmarking to a wide variety of surface transportation modes and continues to expand the operational and geographic scope.

"Our model-based benchmarking service helps our clients evaluate their transportation rates in the context of overall market rates and better understand the effect their operational practices have on their company," said Gary Girotti, Vice President Transportation Practice at Chainalytics. "We are committed to improving the performance of our clients by not only pioneering the application of econometric benchmarking, but also by assisting our clients with all aspects of transportation decision-making."

"We are excited to be recognized as a 'Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100' company for 2006," said Mike Kilgore, President and CEO, Chainalytics. "Gary and his team have worked diligently to pioneer our model-based benchmarking service to deliver exceptional insight and value for our clients. We look forward to expanding this one-of-a-kind service to additional modes of transportation and geographies, as well as applying the principles of econometric benchmarking to additional areas of the supply chain."

"Our goal with this year's '100' is to highlight a broad range of innovations taking place in the theory and practice of supply chain transformation," explained Andrew K. Reese, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Reese. "Therefore, our judging committee looked for solutions across a variety of industries, addressing the needs of companies of varying sizes, and assisting in the transformation of a diverse mix of the functions that make up the supply chain." After receiving nomination forms, the Supply & Demand Chain Executive judging committee culled through them to find the applicants that best fit the above criteria. Final recipients are featured in the cover story of the June/July 2006 issue of Supply & Demand Chain Executive, as well as online at www.SDCExec.com.
