Chainalytics Announces Formation of its Advisory Board

World-Class Team to Support Continued Growth

Atlanta, GA - September 12, 2006 - Chainalytics LLC, the leading provider of advanced analytical supply chain services, announced today the formation of its Advisory Board. This senior level group of highly seasoned supply chain executives will provide key guidance to the company's senior management team. The Advisory Board's four members will include Wayne Bourne, Robert Evans, and Greg Owens.

The Advisory Board Members include:

Wayne Bourne is the founder and president of The Bourne Management Group, a supply chain, logistics and transportation consulting firm specializing in network creation, transportation economics, organizational development and process analyses. Previously, Bourne spent 14 years at Best Buy where he served as Vice President of Transportation responsible for transportation operations including eight distribution centers, 15 appliance warehouses, four returns centers, 950 stores and private fleet operations. He has also served as Chairman of the Logistics Steering Committee for the RILA (formerly IMRA) and as Chairman of the Richmond Group Logistics Forum.

Robert "Bob" Evans, president and CEO of Churchill Downs Incorporated, has previously held senior executive positions at some of the world's top industrial equipment, automotive, consulting, software and private equity companies. Evans is a past president and CEO of Aspect Development, an enterprise software company that was purchased by i2 Technologies in 2000. He also served as a managing partner in Accenture's Americas supply chain practice. Evans started his career at Caterpillar Inc., where he founded and served as president of Caterpillar Logistics Services Inc.

Greg Owens is currently a managing partner with RedZone Capital, a private equity firm focusing on the consumer products, retail, and entertainment and media sectors. Prior to RedZone, he was Chairman and CEO of Manugistics where he positioned the company as the premier provider of supply and demand chain management solutions. Owens was also the former Global Managing Partner for Accenture's supply chain management practice, overseeing an extensive client list of Fortune 500 companies.

The role of Chainalytics' Advisory Board is to provide feedback on and input to the strategic plan as well as advise and counsel the Chainalytics Executive Team on rapidly growing this profitable business. The Advisory Board will also support recruiting talented and experienced individuals to grow the Chainalytics' team and assist with general brand awareness.
