Newly Appointed Associate Director, Richard Koch, Brings 29 Years of Logistics,
Transport Sector Experience to APAC Team
Atlanta, GA & Sydney, Australia – December 10, 2014 – Chainalytics, a recognized global leader in market intelligence, analytics, and supply chain consulting, today announced the appointment of Richard Koch, as Associate Director for its regional Asia-Pacific supply chain consulting practise. Koch will further deepen and expand Chainalytics’ global transportation practise’s understanding of the unique Asia-Pacific (APAC) region’s supply chain issues from both strategic and tactical perspectives.

With strong, hands-on logistics and transportation expertise, Koch, having completed over 160 successful transportation optimisation, transport sourcing, warehouse optimisation, logistics outsourcing and performance improvement consulting engagements has experience across a variety of industries including automotive, food and beverage, consumer electronics, retail, industrial and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Prior to joining Chainalytics, Koch founded Sydney-based supply chain management consulting firm, New World Logistics. He also worked for U.S.-based Viking Freight Systems (now a part of FedEx); DTM Business Logistics; as well as, Australia-based Linfox Group, one of the largest privately owned logistics companies in the world.
