Chainalytics Named To Top 100 Great Supply Chain Partners List
Customers Nominate Firm To Prestigious Global Logistics And Supply Chain Strategies Award
Atlanta - August 25, 2004 - Chainalytics LLC, a supply chain consulting firm specializing in applying advanced analytics to strategic and tactical supply chain planning, was just named to Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies (GL&SCS) magazine's list of 100 Great Supply Chain Partners. The list of great partners was derived entirely from responses by GL&SCS readers, those customers of supply chain services.
The list of 100 Great Supply Chain Partners, unveiled in the August 2004 edition of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies, was based on a six month survey of readers of the magazine and customers of supply chain vendors. Survey respondents were asked to nominate vendors whose solutions have made a significant impact on their company's efficiency, customer service, and overall supply chain performance.
Companies were nominated based on a number of factors including reliability, flexibility, value-added expertise, and the ability to provide visibility and/or drive cost savings. Companies that made the list of 100 Great Supply Chain Partners were those that received the most nominations. According to the article, "The purpose of the list in this report is to recognize those vendors that have so impressed our readers that they deserve to be singled out and to be held up as examples for others in the industry. In one sense, it is an opportunity to thank those providers who have helped our readers achieve better results, and to let the industry know who is making a genuine effort to be a supply-chain partner - not just another vendor."
