Chainalytics Names Neal Solomon As Vice President Strategic Alliances

Proven Supply Chain Professional To Foster And Expand Relationships with Complementary Organizations

Atlanta - February 17, 2005 - Chainalytics LLC announced today that Neal Solomon has joined the company as vice president in charge of Chainalytics' strategic alliances program. Solomon, who comes to Chainalytics from Siemens Business Services, will be responsible for establishing new relationships and fostering existing ones with leading technology partners and complementary service providers who focus on providing innovative supply chain solutions to companies in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, and logistics service provider industries.

As the leader of Chainalytics' strategic alliances, Solomon will establish and manage alliance relationships with "Tier 1" supply chain management market leaders as well as niche service providers to support the firm's growth initiatives. He will also further develop Chainalytics' technology partnerships to insure that joint clients are receiving the best service and support to maximize their investments.

"Neal's tremendous experience and ability to grow and foster beneficial partnerships, coupled with his previous analytical experience, make him the unparalleled candidate for Chainalytics," said Chainalytics CEO and president, Mike Kilgore. "His ability to build and grow productive and enduring business relationships will be critical as Chainalytics continues to expand its market presence. Neal will work closely with our sales and service delivery teams to enhance our go-to-market and client service efforts."

Prior to joining Chainalytics, Neal served as vice president of strategic alliances at Siemens Business Services where he was responsible for generating significant revenue via strategic alliance relationships. Neal also held executive roles in business development for NetVendor Inc. and i2 Technologies. Before joining i2, Neal worked with Ernst & Young LLP's supply chain practice and Andersen Consulting's logistics strategy practice where he focused on supply chain network design and operations strategy initiatives. Neal also held positions in supply chain planning and operations with Black & Decker. Neal holds a master of science in business logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in business from Clarkson University.

"Chainalytics truly understands the value in helping clients apply supply chain analytics to develop innovative strategies and solve critical business challenges," said Solomon. "In my opinion, no firm can match Chainalytics' skills, supply chain analytical experiences, and overall growth potential. I look forward to furthering our unique offering in the market and establishing a winning alliance strategy that allows both Chainalytics and our partners to experience exceptional growth through effective collaboration. I believe our unique and highly relevant offerings will continue to endear us to clients and provide significant business value to their stakeholders."
