Erik Diks, Chainalytics’ Managing Director of Europe, has been a supply chain management advisor for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has supported multinationals such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Bayer with large-scale transformational projects which better align their supply chain and business strategies. Currently, Erik manages the sales and delivery of Chainalytics’ end-to-end supply chain consulting services in the European region. Erik holds a PhD and master’s degree from the Eindhoven University of Technology, and has published articles and research in multiple business journals including a co-authored global study with MIT on supply chain risk management.
Stephen Bartolotta is a principal in Chainalytics’ Supply Chain Operations practice. He brings more than 30 years of experience to this role, including industry positions related to line and facility management, strategic sourcing, and 3PL oversight as well as dozens of consulting engagements ranging from facility design and material handling protocols to inventory planning and e-commerce operational strategies. Steve is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and his career includes various leadership roles at Accenture, Chainnovations, Southwestern Energy, and Chainalytics.
Chris Keller is a principal in Chainalytics’ Supply Chain Design practice. His background includes both industry and consulting roles and spans multiple supply chain disciplines, including supply chain network design, integrated business planning, and logistics operations. Chris has also worked on a global scale with clients in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia and China. At Chainalytics, Chris focuses on large scale transformations and network optimization modeling to help companies with such issues as facility site selection, capacity planning, and network rationalization. Chris earned a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wollongong.
Jeff Baker, a director in the Integrated Demand & Supply Planning practice at Chainalytics, possesses extensive experience in forecasting and demand management, advanced planning and scheduling, integrated business planning, and supply chain strategy. Jeff has worked internationally with Fortune 500 clients, leading improvements to their supply chain processes and capabilities in projects ranging from executive strategy to system implementations. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jeff is also an advocate for advancing the supply chain management field and does so through teaching, speaking, and volunteering for ASCM and IBF.
