Steve Thrift

Steve is Vice President of the Integrated Supply & Demand Planning practice at Chainalytics. In this role, Steve focuses on the delivery of professional services involving S&OP process design & improvement, demand and supply planning, planning technology selection and implementation, and inventory optimization.

Steve’s supply chain experience includes serving in multiple consulting roles, including Associate Partner at IBM, Senior Program Manager at Capgemini, and Implementation Manager at Logility, delivering projects across such sectors as retail, manufacturing, grocery distribution, electronics, utilities, and consumer goods. His industry roles include Fulfillment Implementation Lead and Logistics Planning Manager at Lowe’s, Sr. Director of Demand Management at Springs Industries, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics at Signal Apparel, and Industrial Engineer with Milliken and Company.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from Auburn University. His certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management and Certified in Integrated Resource Management (APICS), Certified Professional Forecaster (IBF), and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
